Has anyone tried Chalene Extreme yet?

So because it is winter here in Toronto and it's really hard to go out with a 5 month old to the gym, i've decided to bring my workout inside and try the Chalene Extreme program for 90 days. Today is day one of my workout and so far so good. I was just wondering has any new mother tried this and what do your results look like so far?

Actually its more of a strength training/cardio/polymetric program. With everything your body needs with. I have found that it has helped reshape my body and I am on my second month with this program and my baby belly is gone. So far it's amazing and I have no complaints. I would recommend it to anyone so far, so good.

I haven't tried it, but if it has a lot of impact moves (jumping, bouncing) or crunches and planks, you may want to ditch it because it will make your baby belly worse. It's important for you to focus on low-impact, core strengthening moves during your first year after pregnancy while your ligaments are still loose and your body is still healing.
