I also want to get my body fat percentage down. It's a whopping 33% right now. I just got Zumba for Christmas and its so much fun! I hope it'll help me.

I want to be back under 18% body fat and in a bikini in time for summer. I need to step up my cardio and lay off the cookies, eek. Wish me luck! I still have a c-section tummy, almost 5 months out and my goal is to have a six pack back by the end of May. Ambitious but I deserve it!!

any new mom out there finding it hard to loose the baby fat. If anyone has any idea on how to help me that would be great. i do sits and i run i have tried green tea meds and everything it just wont go down. I did yoga for a wile and i do calorie charts everyday i have reached the end of trying. PLEASE HELP

I purchased a double seated chariot carrier and now can go for long walks in the snow, and tone muscle until i can start back at the gym when my 2 month old turns 6 months ans isn't always nursing. I'm 145lbs right now, and I'm very happy about it, just need to work off 10 more lbs, and tone and i'll be where i want to be. Good luck everyone

I honestly dont make any because I dont stick by them and I tend to push myself further week by week. My interests vary so I dont like to b stuck on doing one thing. i guess u could count as a goal that i wanna keep doing what Imd oing and working with Bodyjam!

I just joined the YMCA! Gonna do Tai Chi and Dao In Yoga for getting stretching in and flexibility, and Aquafitness classes for condition and fat burning. I want to get down to 200#. I am around 300#. I am working in increments as I need to lose 148# total. One good thing about our Y is that they have 90 min free Child Watch daycare per visit! :)

I am ALMOST an ex-smoker, so I have stepped up my workout routine since making the decision. Everyone knows that when you quit smoking, you can pack on the pounds! Plus, I like the way I look and feel because of working out

To continue what I started last year. I started working out late(August) of last year and was able to keep it goin until the holidays and cold weather hit. Now with school starting tomorrow, it will be back to it. It's been exciting watching things get smaller and after this holiday....whew...cookies are dangerous!! But no longer thanks to carrots, beans and spinach!!
