i have been trying really hard to lost my baby weight and get back to looking how i was before my pregnancy. i weight 187 now and i used to weight 140 and i am 5'9". i work out every morning i do crunches( side, front and butterfly) i do my leg work outs and reverse curls and a aerobic workout.
I need to find a way to lose my weight quicker. Im working extremley hard and need to get back to how i was. I eat right i have been sticking to a 800 calorie diet my doctor told me to do. Can yall please help in any way so that i may lose my weight quicker?
