That helped a whole lot. I'm exited about looking into some vitamins for myself. And I'm also so happy that you are doing so well, but if at anytime you need to talk just drop by.

Hey Desiree, thanks for the post! I know how busy I am with just my one babe, and I have so much respect to those who do it with 2, 3 or even 4 and 5 children!! It is so true that the better we feel, the better moms we can be and by showing our children how important it is to take care of ourselves, I think it plays a big part in their attitudes towards their own health and taking care of themselves in the future! I have been using these vitamins for about a year now and I probably notice the biggest difference when I forget to take them!! I have noticed that my energy is increased, my digestion is better and I actually feel more alert and able to handle day to day things. I have had difficulties with low energy and even depression in the past and I have learned to recognize even small changes in my body and my mood. I really have found that exercise, vitamin supplements and helping and sharing with wonderful people like you make me feel so much better on a day to day basis!! I hope this helps!

You are a busy mom but I just love the fact that in your busy day you remember to take care of you. I'm always encouraging moms to do just that, especially new moms because its just overwhelming already trying to get things done in a day, but without our health, strength and wholeness we can't even begin to manage all of our obligations. Working out for me gives me tremendous energy, but I know I should also incorporate vitamins, so your advice is so needed and I will most definitely look into your recommendations. How long have you been using these supplements, and how long before you noticed the benefits of using them? Again thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

Hey ladies, I don't know about you but I have found that after all the running around, making sure my son is getting his daily intake and taking care of my house as well as two businesses and more, I rarely have the time to eat properly. Thankfully I have found some amazing vitamins that honestly have helped with maintaining my hectic schedule. The convienient power packs include 2 Criti-cal blend vitamins (calcium and a blend of essential nutrients), 1 multivitamin (gender-specific), 1 multimineral, 1 super-food antioxidant blend vitamin, and 1 digestive enzyme (aids in digestion of carbs, fats, proteins, lactose and other dietary components). There is also one specifically formulated for men that includes a prostate formula as well. I would highly recommend these for optimal health, digestion, antioxidant protection and body efficiency. I know I may sound like an ad, but I just love sharing what I have found to be sooo very beneficial to my own family. A bonus, there is also a daily power punch for kids that combines superfood antioxidants, with core vitamins and minerals to make sure our babes are getting what they need too! Msg me if you want any more info!

P.S. Love this community, some great tips on here ladies, Thanks!!

I don't really know much about super foods, but I'm a firm believer of antioxidant foods, like blueberries, strawberries, apples, oranges, a glass of red wine at dinner, taking One-A-Day for women supplements, vit. E,, and green, leafy veggies, along with Omega-3 foods, joint juice if you like, among others.
