What are some good work outs if you are pregnant with severe back/hip pain?

I am 16 weeks pregnant with my second baby and I am having early back/hip pain. Before this I worked out like a crazy lady, heart monitor, calorie counting in&out, circuit training w/no rest, and ran 6-12miles a day. I know how to be healthy and how to work out, but I don't know what triggers my pain. I've been out of commision for almost a week and CAN'T stand it. If anyone has experience in this PLEASE share. I've been to the dr's and without an MRI they can't tell me much.
