I like to work out in skinny sweats. This way I' comfty but can still my body as I workout. Tee shirts or tanks are great to. I'm 40 to and still kick a at the gym to. Although I work I don't lose a lot of weight but my body gets tight. I love it after having 5 kids.

tank tops, climalite material, sports bra, racer tanks, shorts, bike shorts, spandex, anything that's cool to the skin, and will not be in the way of my workout or running. I don't care much for cute stuff, just apparel that work well under the condition and stay in shape ( specially the bra) for a long time! Lol

I must agree with the cute cloths workout gear. It just boils down to what makes you feel good when you workout. And I feel good when I first of all get to the gym, and then I love to see the results of my hard work. I also like to treat myself to a new workout outfit, from time to time. It just makes the whole workout thing that much more fun!
