Mommies and grave yard shift working Daddies

I wanted to have a place where we can get together and share ideas on how to cope with husbands that work all night and sleep during the day. Mainly on how to help the Daddies bond with new babies, its hard on both the daddies and the kids but we have to do what we have to do, so please post your hearts out. I hope this will make it a little better for you Mommas, I know it often feels like your alone.
