11pm waking

our daughter has started waking every night at 11pm, she goes to bed about 6.30 to 7pm is sound asleep then wakes at 11pm and wont go back to sleep, any ideas?

how old is she? i have a 3.5 yr old son and he will not nap all day and then wanna fall asleep at about 5 or 6 but he will sleep for a few hrs and be up all night! so i would either wake him up earlier in the morning and he can nap at around noon or 1 or no nap at all and keep him up til at least 8:30pm and he will sleep all night. sounds strange but it worked! hang in there i know it sux! good luck!
