I had a friend in high school that got pregnant at the same time as me. We spent some time together during the pregnancy but she not only still smoke cigarettes and drank alcohol but come to find out did the occational hard core drug here and there (ie: coke) on top of smoking pot. Once her daughter was born I prayed that things would change. She was living with her boyfriend in a shack that to me looks like its falling apart. Neither one of them had a job. Using their parents as a means to support their lifestyle and daughter. I just found out that she is again pregnant (6 months) and NOTHING has changed. She still does all the same stuff as before but now for money she prostitutes herself. I am so concerned for her daughter and unborn baby. I need advise on what to do. I don't want to leave this alone because god forbid something happens to those kids I'd feel guilty because I didn't do anything about it. PLEASE HELP!

In England we have children and families service, precisely to deal with this. They're the experts. You can make a simple telephone call to them, ask them to keep your name anonymous, share your concerns, all the details, and they will do the rest, including any more iinveststigation like talk to the health visitor,any schools or GPs involved to get more information. Then you've done your bit.

WOW that is sad those poor kids i agree it has to be adressed and like u said "god forbid if smthing was to happen to the kids" i would too would feel really guilty, the young child and the unborn child need a stable home and it doesnt sound like it is like this at the moment. call CPS too they have to do smthing ASAP! good on u for looking out for the kids because as u all can agree our kids are our future. hope things go well.....keep us up to date thx!

Report to CPS,!! that women needs them kids taken into secure safety if she ever has a chance of making it right for there future...

Not sure what you have done yet, but you definately need to report this. Maybe her parents will come forward and adopt them. Know that you can remain annonymous too when calling your state's child welfare department. Good luck.

I think I would contact CPS about your concerns on the drug use. Not sure what else you can do if she won't listen to you.
