It can be anything I won't even know what he wants and he's already crying. I've tried everything from more attention to time out nothing helps and I'm stressed to the max!! How do I help my son??

Wow, that is hard. Some kids are like that, some go thorugh phases like that.
I assume you have all of this, but will mention it as an idea. He is sleeping at least 11 hours a night, he is getting enough active time, he is not allergic to any foods he is eating (food allergies can cause some wild behaviors)

He is not eating processed foods, sugar, trans fats, dyes ...... they can all lead to some wild behaviors too

I have seen kids as young as two respond to yoga and meditation - deep breathing and calming practices ... many pre school make this a part of their day - my daughter learned yoga in pre school and it really was calming for her

Warm baths if he is really upset often calm a child - many parents use aromia as a calming tool - lavender is a soothing scent

If he is crying, there might be a reason.

I had milk allergies as a baby; cried ALL the time as my mother tells it. I was sick. My stomach hurt all the time. I was in pain.

I am not saying that is the issue here, just an example of, if he is crying there might be a real reason

Make sure you do some self care, hot baths for you, naps, time with friends, walk/runs/swims .... it is SOOOO hard to be around a person who is crying like that .....

Turn on the music maybe?
