my 2 year old has figured out how to unbuckle the chest buckle of his 5 point harness and take his arms out of the straps.. its still buckled at the crotch so his legs are secure. im worried about getting in an accident and him getting hurt.... or getting stopped and ticketed...
any suggestions!!!

My Daughter used to do the same exact thing... just force them to put thier arms back into it and the first time he climbes out of it while you are driving stop and pull off the road take him out and spank him....I did that to my daughter and it only took 1 time and she never did it again.

Ha ha.. They are such little devil's my daughter done the same, through my own stupidity I left her in her seat one day an ran in to get milk, when I was paying for it, I seen my car rolling down the hill, I have never ran so fast in my life. And she got such a fright that she had jumped back into her seat by the time I got to it, I was so lucky she or no one else was hurt!! Try rewards, say "if you sit in your seat all the way to the shop" Il read you a special story or to go to the playground something that he will enjoy, take it trip by trip make sure you tell him what you expect before you even get into the car, good luck I hope he doesnt make it to the handbrake like my monkey did..
