Okay so I have already potty trained one daughter but the second is a little harder. She is fully potty trained but at night still wets. I have tried everthing from cutting off liquids to getting her up before I go to sleep to potty again. Help!

Update! A few days ago, my daughter told me (independently and out of the blue) that she didn't want pull ups at night anymore and she's stayed dry every night since! I cut off liquids by 8 pm and she goes to the bathroom around 9 pm and gets up between 7-8 am. How crazy is that?!

My girls were dry during the day before they were 3, but didn't start staying dry consistently at night til they were around 4.5 years old.  Even after that they would have accidents at least every couple of months up until they were around six.  They're ped said they don't even start to worry til the kid is 8.

Ive finally got my 4yr old girl potty trained but it took time. At night I found that I started by put her on the potty or toilet just before she went to bed then every 4 hours roughly for bout the 1st 2 weeks and slowly made it longer and I made sure I only half woke her, just enough to know what she was doing. She was fully night time trained by 2 months. I also recomend a fantatic book which helped me, Its called TODDLER TAMING by Dr Christopher Green.

Good luck and I hope this helps

My daughter is 4 and I am also having this issue. She is my first and only child, so I have nothing to compare this experience with. Looking forward to reading any suggestions other moms post! Thanks for asking this question!
