Definition of Budget: The total amount of money allocated or needed for a particular purpose or period of time. These days a Budget seems to be the only way to survive. With CC bills, utility bills, rent/mortgage, medical insurance, grocery bills and other daily expenses, how can we keep up? This is the reason I started Mommies on A Budget. I wanted a place where moms could exchange ideas such as; preparing cheaper meals, the best cost saving products or links to finding coupons. Other moms can share how they spend time with the family without breaking the budget, for example arts & crafts activities or how to find other inexpensive ideas. Helping other moms learn how to budget when there is very little to budget with. If you have a Budget Plan and want to share tips on starting or maintaining one, join Mommies on A Budget. Or, you want to learn how to start a Budget Plan and need to know where to start or where to look for advice/tips on managing your Budget Plan, we might be able to Help! We are not professionals but we are all moms living in the real world with real world problems. A budget is only as successful as the person who prepares it and follows through.
