Does anyone worry about the fact that their husbands are away and free of family life that they won't want to come home back to the family life. I know my husband loves us and misses us I just can't help but think he won't want to come back to family life.

Yea I talked to him about an of course he would rather be home...it's just hard at times to keep our minds pre-occupied I've realized. Thanks for responding though it means a lot that I'm not the only one who has thought this way an I'm really not losing my mind!

I really struggled with this issue when my hubby was in the Army. I needed his support, and felt like the venting about life at home might cause him to not look forward to coming home. I felt like his life away from home was more exciting, stress free, and that maybe he enjoyed not having the responsibility of the kids. I resented him at times, wishing I could trade and be away. Unfortunately, those are feelings we all have to work through, because we know our husbands wouldn't trade family life for anything! Talk it over with your husband, he'll reassure you that the only place he probably wishes he could be is home sweet home :)
