How do you handle discipline when daddy comes home my 3yr wants nothing to do with him everything he tries to do she is resistant and fight him. I try to leave the first day he comes home so they can rebond. Please help

How long is he gone when he goes to work??? Does your 3yr old talk to him while he's gone?? My husband leaves for 3 days and then is home for 3. While he is gone, the kids( 6 and 2 ) talk to him at least once a day.
She may be feeling abandoned by him when he leaves and is still angry when he comes back. At 3yr's old she can understand a lot so I would certainly start talking to her with your husband before he leaves to go back to work to explain to her that he needs to leave to go to work, that he doesn't want to leave but he will miss her while he is gone and then he will be back. Make sure that she has an opportunity to talk to him one the phone while he's gone. She may resist, but even putting him on speaker and having him talk to her even if she doesn't respond well will start to rebuild that trust and tell her when he is coming back. I would think, that once she realizes that when he leaves, it's only for a short time and that he always comes back, she will begin to respond better to the situation!
It's not easy on anyone when they are gone for multiple days and certainly takes some adjustment to get used to.
