I have SLE lupus and fibromialgia, I was diagnosed a little under 2 years ago. Although I have had symptoms and flare ups for 6 year. Only a year after the diagnoises I found out I was pregnant. Well I have a question, because of the flare ups and pain from the fibromialgia, I have found working out has been hard. Do you have any ideas or things that have worked for you to help you with loosing the baby weight and getting back into shape.

i also have sle and fibromialgia. working out can be hard start off by just walking if you don't already. walk to the shops or the park or just go for a walk but try to keep it brisk not a stroll. Do this everyday. also things like ti chi can be good to exercise your body gently as it is slow movement and won't jar your joints. once you start it can have an affect on stamina and help a little. the other thing is have a one off consultation with a personal trainer at your gym. explain the situation give them information on your condition and see if they can give you exercise geared to your situation.
