Normally by this time at night, kids are down, I'm tucked in with the TV tuned to my recorded shows. Thank goodness for DVR!! Just joined facebook to see what it's all about. Who knew?! I'm excited to talk to other mom's over 40 with young kids.

42 here with a ten month old. Really want a second but hubby is not so excited. I love my little man though and if he's all I get,well then so be it. I'm up hoping my husband will stop snoring so I can go to bed,lol. Okay,anyway,take care.

Things can definately be challenging with kids so spread apart. I can somewhat relate to that too as I have two stepsons 15 and 13. They are with us 3-4 days a week. I work full-time too and admittly find work a nice reprise from having the kids attached to me all the time. I have been reaching out to moms groups on meetup.com in an effort to find playdates on the weekends.
At the same time, being older I feel I can deal with some of the stresses kids, work, and husband throw at me. But it's not easy, that's for sure.

hi im 43 a mom of 3 girls 24 16 and 2 years so its a big change for me ...i miss work and whats going on outside my house lol all of my friends have older children so its hard to hook up with anyone
