I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks and it really hard cause every time i see a new baby or a pregancy i cry cause that should be me . Iv seen the baby and head the baby heart beat but no one understand how i feel . can any one please tell me ho w to move on and not feel empty in side anymore

Im so sorry for your loss!

I know how you feel. I had a misscarriage at 12 wks in april. same thing, heard the heart beat and everything. I had a natural miscarriage. IT was really hard for me too! I think what helped me to move on was knowing it had finally passed, and I did nothing wrong in that pregnancy.

If you and your significant other were trying, just try again. Obviously you are fertle and can get pregnant!! Which you should be happy about! Was this your 1st miscarriage?
