I know this person who asked me this! What do you do when your child was touched and more by their own cousin who is the same age? The child is now trying this with brother and sisters.

Well, likely the cousin is being abused or had something similar happen to him/her. I would investigate and as long as you are sure it isn't either of the parents, talk to them about it so that the cousin may get help. In the mean time, get the child counseling and as much support as possible letting him know what is and is not appropriate to be doing with his/her brother and sisters.

Depends on the age but get them into therapy as soon as possible.
