Does anyone have trigger foods that set off the hot flushes? I have done something I swore I would never do and have switched to decaf coffee. I do feel better for it, as I also had heart palpitations, and these too have stopped. I also suffer from night sweats if I've had a glass or two of wine during the evening. I've cut that down to just the weekend. Maybe the menopause is nature's way of getting us to be more healthy!
