I'm living with my bf (well, fiance) and things are just not good, and I'm ready to leave. We have a 6mo old daughter and I refuse to leave without her. What are my chances of getting full custody?
PS.. i eventually want to leave the state.

I agree with Ashley.
Unless he is harmful to the child - In that case, get out! Let him file the paperwork for paternity, and motion you...this at least buy you time before you go in front of a judge.
Not sure what state you are in, but 50/50 is becoming very popular, especially since dads dont have to pay child support if they have 50/50....be careful and get an attorney.
If he wants to co-parent, you will have to come to an agreement.
If you need to move out of state for work, family, etc...you can try and work something out where child is with dad on holidays and summer, etc.

Im sory to say this but dont leave yet you need to start documenting everything is he dangerus why is he involved with her how do a day to day jernal and start talking to a lawyer.
