what workout DVDs do you recommend for using at home and has anyone tried P 90x after having a baby , ive heard so many good reviews and was wondering how it went for anyone else , i really want to focus on weight loss and toning .

I am using Insanity right now and loving it. I have actually started to eat less so I just eat more often to keep my blood sugar more level. Just completed 6 wks will start it again in about a week. I've been sick for the last week.

I'm getting it this week so I'm excited about that...A woman I work with has had great success! she lost 30 pounds in 3 months on the program...however it is a lifestyle change as soon as she quit she gained 15 pounds right back so you need to be careful...shes redoing her 90 days and has been on it for 20 so far and lost 8 so its for real...she said if you want to loose weight do it on the lean workout selection that way you wont bulk up.
Right now I use the Bar Method Body for muscle toning and lengthening its NO impact but the day after your first workout you know you were doing something it hurts for a few days until you get used to it...here is the link to the dvd set they really work too...id say after about my 10th or 12th workout I could tell a diffrence in how my muscles were shaped and working in general...
