Anytime you move more than you eat you will help in losing weight. It takes 1000 less calories to lose 1 lbs. So if you like to dance it is a good way to move and use that fat for the good. I have them all and dance away once a week. Good stuff...lol

I have this lol and I LOVE it. It's a great cardio work out and fun too!

I power walk every morning with my little one, but on the rainy days or "fussy" days I still use this video from time to time. Works great for me!

I think its only really effective for people who are morbidly obese or just really overweight...I think it is the first step for them because it is low impact...but who knows just give it a try!
