I need advice on some easy excercises I could do to lose some weight in my stomache (especially the lower part) and my booty.... its WAY too big!! I'm way out of shape, thats why i'm asking for ideas on some easy once, plus, i'm a mommy of two little ones so I tend to get pretty busy! Any ideas/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Oh and i'd also love to get some suggestions on foods that can help to lose weight!!

Every morning I take my 4 month old with me on a 60 - 90 minute power walk. I put on 50lbs when I was pregnant and I only have a few more to go! :)
I eat a high protein diet (lean). Lots of fresh veggies, limited amount of fruit. I stay away from sugar! 4L of water a day.. Hmmmm lol
Theres a start anyways ;)

I have started my son and I on a great “Eating Healthier Plan”. Healthy Choices has a web-site that allows you to go over some of your daily and weekly eating, workout, and stressors habits. Hi Erinn,

Take your kids for a walk, do jumping jacks, sit ups, etc. while watching TV, march quickly instead of walking to burn a few extra calories, jog in place, do lunges, etc. while kids in the bathtub or napping, dance w/ your kids, act out stories w/ them. Just some easy ideas, not anything that would make a huge difference but every little bit helps. Cut out processed sugars will help big time. Good luck.

If you've tried all the fad diets and don't have time to exercise everyday, I ask you to try one more thing! I've helped tons of people lose inches, especially after having kids! These inches come off quickly and you don't need to change your eating habits or lifestyles.

I use shaklee cinch shakes to help me loose weight. I have one for breakfast and one for lunch. They have 6 grams soluable fiber, 25 grams protein and are delicious. I use a exercise ball and do sit ups on the ball. this activates your core and helps your tummy. I like using the ball and some balls come with a video tape. I also work out at my local ymca.
