My family and I are moving up to Grande Prairie in Sept. I want to be pro-active and find some friends before we move up. We are leaving both of our entire families. I am almost 24 years old, and my son, Joshua, just turned two. Is anyone interested in chatting, and getting to know us before we move up. Let me know.

My name is Candace (I'm 27), my son is 17 months old. My husband and I moved to GP from BC a year ago and left both families behind. We don't know many people and I'd love to find some other mommies to get together for playdates! I am a stay-at-home mom and my hubby works on the rigs. Go right ahead! My sweetie works on the rigs out here...so hes gone LONG hours...leaves at 5:00am and comes home at 8:30pm...so i'm super lonely!

We are moving to GP because my husband has a great job lined up! As well, it will be a new experience for me :-) Josh loves other little kids. They are so funny together. Mind if I add you on facebook?

What is bringing you to Grande Prairie? I just moved here a few weeks ago and I left my family as well, back in Edmonton. My daughter Eden will be 2 at the end of the month and absolutely loves little boys. We will have to schedule a play date for sure!

hey kendra :) Im almost 22 and i live in wembley ( just outside gp a little ways) and my son tyson is going to be 20 months next week ( so not too much younger that your little guy! ) I do make it into gp every so often when i can hitch a ride with family or friends but if you drive you could always visit here as well. send me a msg and i can send you my cell number and we can txt or something
