Since my last post, my husband and I are still wonderfully happy, I still have three great children, we still have our singing ministry and Living Sacrifice Ministries, we have branched out into several programs which one is still the prayer shawl ministry which is growing by leaps and bounds, and we have seen healing and miracle after miracle with the power of prayer through that ministry. But we have also lost our home church, my great uncle passed away and they closed the doors of the church, giving it to another group of people, leaving us without a home church.
But God is so Good in all he does, and we now have a wonderful, loving church who has opened their hearts and arms to us, we have a new home, actually right across the street from that church, and our children are doing well from the trials from this past year that are falling behind us through the grace of God. I thank everyone for continued prayers for our family and our ministry. We are getting ready to launch a huge new campaign and we need prayer, strength and churches to really get ahold of this new program we are launching in our area for Youth...

We currently attend a non-denomination church. Lately, my husband and I have been led by God to get a few of our friends (who attend different churches) to just sit together and have our own bible study once or twice a month. we do this to put aside denomination differences that can be found in the "traditions" of churches that have been created and just talk about what God tells us and leads us to discuss and study from his word. I currently ( well,will be once my car is revived) volunteer at our local homeless shelter by volunteering in the store and am about to start helping with the church services. God is amazing and has blessed us with my 3 yr old little boy and the baby on the way( figure out the sex valentines day :)) I had my son at 14 and was not married, but God changed my heart from the day I figured out I was pregnant with him. I have commited my life and family to Christ, and he helps us through everything. Praise Hime!

My whole Family goes door to door soul-winning telling the good news about how Jesus Died and paid it all for us!

We also share free bibles with believers and the newly saved as we go. We live In Rural Big island Hawaii, and rain or shine , usually rain... we work to lead souls to the LORD!



We also enjoy serving our (independent fundamental baptist ) church in whatever capacity we can.

Hi Girls! It's so inspiring to read your stories. I'm Creative Director for the "Uptown" ministry to kids and their families at Crosswinds Wesleyan Church, Canandaigua, NY, USA. I work with visual arts, dramatic arts, mentor youth to develop as ministry leaders and train teen and adult singers. I'm responsible for 4 stages - props to screens to stage sets and am presently working on 3d murals to make our main hallway be more of an environment (a town...). I get to lead worship music in all age group areas (even "big church" occasionally). It's a LOT of work, but I can't believe i get to do everything I LOVE to make God popular! I have been in ministry in different churches for over 12 years. My husband and I have 2 sons (20 and 17) who assist in various capacities at the church. This is exciting for us as we haven't "pushed" a relationship with God on them...we've just invited them to work with us. They are in different places on their journey with God, but I think they are honestly seeking Him...in their own ways. My husband works as a civilian contractor out of the country. Go Army!

Hello! I am Elizabeth and live in Cincinnati, Ohio!! USA My husband and I run a full-time non-profit ministry called A Child's Hope International. We do humanitarian aid to many countries as well as home. We also pack special food, www.achi.us and ship it to countries in need. We have just begun working in Ukraine! We do a lot in Hait, So. America, Kenya, Swaziland and other locations. :) We have 7 children and only 2 left at home. They are both adopted, our 16 year old daughter from Russia and our 7 year old daughter from China.

My ministry is volunteering at a Crisis Pregnancy Center and I also help out at a Good News Club. I live in Wisconsin in the United States. My daughter is 6 and she comes with me to Good News Club and goes to Awana when I am at the Pregnancy Center. I homeschool her as well which is my first and most important ministry!

Hi my name is Prudence. I live in NSW, Australia. I have three kids. 13 (foster daughter), 2 1/2 and 4 months. two little boys.

My husband and i are the youth Pastors in our church. I am not doing much at the moment but used to do heaps.
I was in charge of our yr6-8 youth group, ran regional youth camps, worship leader, and a High school ministry worker. But once my first boy was born it got less and less, and now i only go if my husband needs me. I am also involved in Womens ministry and a women in ministry chat group at our church.
I am about to start a small business in connection with Destiny Rescue. They rescue girls from sexual slavery. The business is selling jewelry that the girls make and doing jewelry parties. Looking forward to doing that soon.

Me and my husband does nursing homes a few times a month and we used to feed homeless outside in downtown Detroit. Our children are 11,9,8,5 which are all girls. We enjoy doing ministry but it gets stressful at times.

My name is Rebekah and my husband is Aaron and I have a son, who is 2, his name is Jordan. My husband is the worship leader at our church. I recently stepped down as the children's pastor at our church and raised up new leaders, and now oversee 6 churches in our area as the children's ministry leader. I lead the leaders and mentor them. This position will change at some point, but for now this is where God has called me to be right now. My husband and I recently have been asked to be the senior pastors of our church, we have prayed about it, and will accept the position, but we are still waiting for God's timing as for the transitioning of this. I love what I do right now though - it is SOOOO much fun!!! Helping the leaders do the work God has called them to do and building up children's ministries in our area to be fruitful and seeing that fruit come to harvest as it becomes the attraction to the community!!! So awesome!

My name is Janet, I live in Indiana with the love of my life, and my three wonderful teen age children. We have a singing ministry, Bob and I help people with pastoral care and counseling with men, women, troubled teens, we also work with kids that are in abusive boyfriend/girlfriend relationships in the high school. We also are working on men and women seminars and we are getting ready to launch an amazing Marriage Seminar program. We also have a Prayer Shawl ministry and stay pretty busy helping my uncle in his church. Bob and I are both Ordained Ministers since February 2008.

Hi Janette! I'm JoAnna, a Children's Pastor in North Texas. I've been in Chidlren's Ministry for a little over 15 years and my husband is involved in worship ministry on a volunteer level. Our daughter is 16 and a senior in high school. She plays drums for our youth band as well as working in the preschool room and in Kids' Church (ages 5-5th grade) with me. In fact, it will be a sad day for my ministry when she leaves for college next year because she is so involved!

Hello, my name is Jessica and we currently run a Ministry called Hungry Hearts in Johannesburg (Roodepoort to be exact), Sough Africa. We attend Liberty Church in Discovery and have 3 kids aged 11, 10 and 5 (2 boys and 1 girl (10 yrs old). Our main focus is to concentrate on the underprivileged within our community, taking care not only of the aged, but the orphans, places of safety as well as struggling families. We rely solely on sponsorships and currently hand out fresh vegetables once a week of which we currently receive 4 crates a week and a donation of sellby or damaged products from Pick 'n Pay. We raise awareness with functions that we host, not only inviting our community to participate, but our sponsors and well as the people we assist. This is God's calling on my Husband Albert and I and we've been so blessed considering our ministry only started in December and just took off around March 2010. Praise God - This is all for His Glory!!

Hi, my name is Rachelle. My husband and I are missionaries in Canada (we are both Canadian). We work with a non-profit organization that dries fruit and vegetables that are not "perfect" enough for the stores to sell and it gets mixed into a soup mix to send overseas to many needy countries...a big one this year was Haiti. We spent almost 2 years serving in Haiti before moving back to Canada. We have two sons, ages 20 months and 8 months. Hello ladies, I am Emily, I am the assistant Pastors wife at my church here in Tempe Arizona. My father-in-law is the senior pastor and my brother-in-law and his wife just started a church in Cedar Rapids Iowa. I am so blessed to be apart of ministry and try and help where ever I can. I was involved in the worship ministry for 9 years but stepped down due to our second child being born. I lead the womens worship for our ladies bible study on Tuesday mornings though so it is nice to be able to still lead worship in one way or another. I have 2 little girls, Abigayle Dania who will be 4 in May and Adelynn Joy who will be 1 in June. What a blessing they are to me, God is so awesome! Anyway the Lord bless each of you.

My name is Deborah from Houston, TX. I am married with an almost 6 year old daughter named Aria. My husband and I have worked in children's, young adult and youth ministry. Most recently I left the position as vocalist in our youth praise and worship band to Direct our home church's new special needs children's ministry. We started the special needs ministry for my daughter (almost 6 and still in the nursery) to give her a place to be cared for and ministered to. Since we have started we have served 9 families total providing care and ministry to children up to age 12 while the rest of the family goes to our church services. I love it and the families we serve.

My heart goes out to anyone in ministry. I know there can be some tough moments but the rewards are even greater. The harvest is ptentiful but the workers are few. So keep on workers.
