I am in school full time right now and a stay at home mom. I am currently taking my fall classes online as I just had my son 8 weeks ago. I am taking 3 full classes and they require homework, papers and discussion boards. In my PSY101 class we recently had a discussion on stress due. When I posted that I encounter stress trying to read my text, do the coursework, be a wife and mom my classmate responded that I should not be "complaining" because being a stay at home mom and wife "wasn't a real job." OMG....I was pissed!!! I want to see them do laundry, nurse a baby, cook meals and do homework assignments all at once. Why do people think they can take away from what a mother and wife do just because we don't get a paycheck for it?

ha ha had a guy in a sociology class that sounds like that, if the teacher is up for it see if you can write a paper about the psychological stresses of motherhood? my online classes had papers posted for all to read

you will be fine..i work, go to school, am a wife,,mother of 3...volunteer, take karate with my kids, my husband is military plus i do laundry, cook, etc...so you can do it..then some...

YES SAHM is the hardest job of all!!! and school on top of it. U would think that since both of my children are in school I would have time.. haha no I go to school full time and I am at their school as much if not more than mine!! Speaking of I have 2 harvest parties this week one tomorrow and one Fri!!! ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh
