Ok, long story short, I have had to work on my bachelors degree over the past 6 years. Due to health and sugery, and having to work full time I am not done, and almost out of loans to cover it. (that is not the biggest problem I am willing to go on a payment plan myself to finish)

I failed College ALgebra twice and was dismissed from the University I was at, I appealed they denied.
Originally I took statistics in my AA degree to not have to take Algebra but now my AA is from 2004 so they say I have to take Algebra...
Do I go to another university and pay myself? My GPA is awful due to the failing... i was majoring in Phsychology then switched to crim. justice. I really would like to finish..... any ideas.. i was going to take a year off but I really want to complete my education!

What is your passion in life? I'm asking because you need to contemplate and find out within yourself. For example, I am passionate about numbers and people,so my line of work is HealthCare. I have been a HealthCare professional for about 10 years and I LOVE it!!! I am currently pursuing my Associates degree in HealthCare Administration, in addition to obtaining 5 certifications for a Health Information Manager Director position. Do you understand where I am going with this? You need to take a piece of paper and write down all of the things you enjoy doing and then go from there. As far as college is concern, apply for "free money", meaning apply for grants and scholarships. There is a scholarship/award book published by Gen and Kelly Tanabe. Get the 2011 version. Have you ever worked with a tutor? If it's the case where you just don't understand algebra a tutor can possibly be a great choice. Many schools have tutors on campus (or online for online colleges) so you don't have to hire an outside tutor. Good luck!
