I can't not believe that the new semester is about to start! Where did my summer go? Between vacations with my son, taking my son to the pool, taking my son to the zoo, spending almost every moment with my son...I don't think I got a whole lot of relax time. Does that sound selfish?

Leighann, I know the feeling! Carter starts K in 2 weeks and I start my 2nd semester of nursing school the week after him. I have started picking up some of his school supplies, but, ugh...school clothes shopping!

I'm actually looking forward to school. I like to have something stimulating... while watching my son run around the park and building castles with blocks is fun, its not exactly stimulating my mind any.

I know hoe you feel.....we havent had much of a summer here....too much rain...and my fall semester is gonna start in 3 wks as well as my daughter will be starting kindergarten so I have to get school shopping for both of us done.....urg........too much stuff to do and not enough time......stressful....

I don't think it sounds selfish. I think we all feel this way to a certain extent. I work full time and take 2-3 classes in the evenings each semester. I took the summer off to get some relaxing time, but with all of the weekend trips, vacations, and around the house projects, it feels like I haven't had any time to just relax. I just keep telling myself that it will be worth it in the end!
