I try to at least once a month on a Saturday night to soak in the tub after everyone's in bed. Talk about a good nights sleep after!

i relax after my son is in bed (he is 7) and my other son (who is 6mos) is sleep...
i run a nice bubble bath and read a juicy romance novel.... :-)

I usally take some time to channel flip or listen to some music, a half an hour or so. I just need to shut my mind off. I'll have some tea and a granola bar. Then it's time to be mom to start dinner and homework with the kids.

When i first get home,i am usually ready for bed when my kids go to bed.
