My favorite is an at home hot oil treatment for my hair!
Coat hair in conditioner, any will do
Use a 4x4" piece of foil and wrap around your hair like you are coloring it.
Tap flat iron on foil wrapped hair to gently heat conditioner
Unwrap hair and move on to next section
Rinse in tepid/slightly cool water to close hair cuticles
Dont have a flat iron?
Wrap each section of hair separatly with many pieces of foil and lay outside, let the sun produce the heat.
Dont have conditioner? Want something more organic?
1 jar of Gerber banana
1/4-1/2cup coconut cream or milk(cream preferred)
1-2tablespoon(s) honey
1-2tablespoon(s) Coconut/Avocado oil
Blend well, foil hair, lay out for 1 hr and rinse well with cold water.
I love DIY personal care, it makes taking care of myself SO much more fun!

Often when my hands are flaky I use a sugar/oil mix to remove the flaky skin. 1 Tablespoon of sugar to 1 teaspoon of oil. A fast organic homemade scrub!

I love to soak in the tub for a long time, then right after, I do a facial mask. Soaking in the tub first, opens your pores up. The facial mask can then work to it's fullest!
