Does My son have ADHD or ODD? Maybe even both?

My oldest son is 4, turns 5 in October. My youngest son is 3, turns 4 in October. My youngest is Autistic (high functioning).
My oldest, Jackson, is a huge handful. He talks ALL THE TIME. He seems to be a ball of energy that is in constant motion. He interrupts people (but says "excuse me"), seems to not have any self control. He breaks things that don't belong to him (very rarely things that belong to him). He screams when he cries if he doesn't get what he wants.
My biggest issue is that he is mean to his brother. Today he pushed him so hard that his mouth banged the floor and he started bleeding. He hits him, kicks him, and pushes him. Riley (my youngest) never defends himself, so it really alarms me that Jackson does this. I have tried to explain his autism, but it is way more than a 4 year old can comprehend. I ask him if he likes hurting his brother and breaking other people's things. Every time he answers "Yes".
Who can I take him to see?

You should talk to his ped. It sounds like he might. Also a behavior specialist (mental health professional) maybe able to help you with the pushing and hitting. I'd jump on it fast, before he enters kindergarten. Or you will have lots a problems. Trust me, I didn't get my son diag till he was a hugh problem at school in first grade. I've got him on meds and he is starting to see someone about his refusing to listen to authority figure. Your son's dr will have some paperwork for you to fill out and will help in determining what might be the issue. Good luck. Also, if he is, check out the library for ADHD books to help you cope and what you can expect.
