Has anyone used fermented cod liver oil with their ADHD or Autistic children and seen any changes? Liquid or pill form? Let me know, the good and bad!

If you see this, leave this form field blank.

That is very true Amy. My son has been taking organic flax seed oil supplements for his Omega 3s, however I've been hearing SO much about cod liver oil, more specifically fermented cod liver oil. It's different because it's processed more naturally and more like the "old fashioned" way than regular cod liver oil, which uses heat. Here is a great article on the explaination...http://www.cheeseslave.com/why-fermented... . I will definitely start my son on this asap, I hear the taste isn't bad either. I was just hoping to hear more Moms comment on their experience with it :-).

Hi Nicole -
My Pediatrician says there have been some promising studies regarding Omega 3's and ADHD symptom improvement. Not sure how much improvement, but anything is better than nothing, right??

I have never heard of "fermented" cod liver oil. How is it different from just the regular cod liver oil? I give my kids Algae Omega 3s. Supposed to be good...
