Vivanse caused tics. Focalin caused weight loss, no sleeping and huge mood swings. Straterra didn't help at all. Intuniv makes him fall asleep in class. I am so frustrated and looking for support and suggestions. Thanks

There are several more medications than this. Also the weight loss side effect does go away. Vyvance was the one that caused the weight loss/ no appetite in my daughter. It does go away after a few months. We switched to the short acting focalin because it is cheaper , has a generic, and haven't had any problems with it.
Also make sure you are cutting out most if not all sugar, upping protein , and B vitamins.
