I am Very Active in my daily life.

i wake every morning around 5:45am

children to school, come back home get my husband ready for school for he is in college (Electrical Engineering) i will be so glad when that is all over being he has been there since 2005!

after he leaves i get the baby up and moving to get breakfast and at 9:15 i get ready to go do my routine. I workout daily from 9:30 to about 11am walking treadmil, Biking, stepping, leg lifts, sit ups

i walk 2.5 miles a day for 40 minutes and burn anywhere between 300 to 550 calories depending on my incline .....so days i beat myself up and push it!

i have a neighbor who works out with me so it is easier and also a great support system.

we keep each other motivated and it feels great. after we workout i will come home to eat breakfast and clean, cook for the day, and meet up with mommies in the area for playdates...my day come to a slower pace when my school aged children get home and we play outside for alittle then it's time for home work and baths, dinner and TV...I'd say i am pretty happy with my life and i look forward to losing weight!

i started this routine jan 09 and have lost 17 lbs til now.

hope all of you are inspired by one thing or another and stay focused, cause it is all ABOUT YOU!!!

lose that weight and be happy!

Wow Melodi - you've got a pretty full day but it seems like you are able to find that time for you and to do what you want/need for a better lifestyle. I'm impressed and jealous that you have such a schedule down to a fine art. Keep up the good work and good luck with the weight loss, given this routine I'm sure you will loose a lot of weight.
