Hi all! Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I am busy with trying to find daycare for my daughter, finding a location for her birthday party, going to school, going to the gym...it's crazy!!!

Anyway, I just got some money and was planning on spending some of it on running and biking apparel. The most important thing I need is a sports bra. Sounds easy right? No, not when you have 38DDD boobs smacking you in the eye when you run. LOL!

This brings me to a point about shopping. Even though I am no longer obese or even plus sized, I find that I am still having trouble finding workout clothes that fit me properly. Whether it's the pants that are tight around my thighs, but loose around the waist and fail when I am running, or its the bras that don't offer enough support. What a struggle it is to lose weight especially if we can't find apparel to fit us so we can go running or jogging.

*sigh*

Anyone want to add their own complaints about the exercise retail industry? Any tips for us big breasted women?

I'm with ya sista!!!! This is why I don't run!!! I'll get on the tread mill or on the elliptical or even the stair master but I DON'T run. As for bras. I could never find a sports bra that would support me so I've got one of my Playtex 18 hour bras and designated it as my workout bra that I wear for when I am at the gym. I've found some workout pants at Walmart that aren't too bad to workout in though I'm only just started feeling a bit more comfortable in them. Good luck with finding something that works.

i put on two sports bras, its the only way i can actually jog instead of just walking. one that fits right and then one thats a little tight...before i started this i was actually getting numb breasts, thats a weird feelin i tell ya!!! of course i am also nursing...i also found pj's bottoms work better for me to run in, mens at that. the waist on the actual workout pants hurt!
