i have a lot of issues with my upper back muscles, right around the spine. Does anyone know of a good exercise routine to help this troublesome spot? I am SURE that when I lose more weight this will get better (smaller chest), but I want to save myself the pain in later pregnancies!!!

Supermans are good, pushups are good, anything that strengthens your upper core muscles are good. Reverse flys, either light weight or on a pully system, or on a stability ball. Go to one of the exercise magazines on line and search for back exercises - they do these sorts of pieces all the time (its a trouble zone, and one that is forgotten about) One thing you might need to change is your exercise "support". Check out your bra, you may need a new one, or a better one.

Oh can I understand the larger chest issue. (This is one goal I have - if I loose enough weight I want a reduction!!!!) Anyway - Pilate's is really good at working the core and all the back muscles. I am finding that many of the exercises we do really focus on the abs and the back so I'd suggest any pilates might work. Good luck.
