FIFTY FUCKING POUNDS BITCHES!!!
That’s right, I used profanity. And what? This is me celebrating a huge milestone! I’ve worked so hard to get to this point I deserve a little fuck every now and then.
I lost 2.2 pounds this week, bringing my weight to 181.4 pounds. That means I have lost a total of 50.6 pounds. Can you friggin believe it!?! *Please excuse me while I jump around doing the jig!!!*
This is a huge accomplishment for me. I have worked really hard and am very proud of myself.
My goal for next week is to lose 1.6 pounds, which will get me into the 170's. If I keep losing weight at that 1.5 pound per week rate, I will get to my goal weight by September 13.

missed the friday weigh in due to computer issues! But I am back, and feeling low on inspiration..:( Last week I lost absolutely nothing, and it seems that my water weight was allllll over the place. I am guessing that was due to my not so friendly monthly friend (more like once every 4 months, but thats another story, but makes it worse...) But this week I am so far getting back on track!!! NOt sure how my girls managed to get on mom schedule even after daylights savings, but I am still "dealing" with that obstacle in my workout schedule, because I am so determined to feel better and healthier. I hope this week goes better.

Firstly - well done Irene - I'd be on top of the world if i had accomplished what you have so - congrats girl and major kudos to you.
I managed to lose 2lbs this week but really need to step up the excercise - well done to all of you.
So, As for the check in. I weighed in this am at 171.5 which is a 1.5 pound weight loss. At this rate I will not make my March goal of 165 to match my husband, so either I need to take it up a notch, realize that my weight loss will slow down which is perfectly normal, or (and I like this one) fatten up my husband so he matches me... :) Anyway... This has not been a good week for me as my youngest son has been ill with an ear infection. This limits my ability to go workout like I typically do on my way to work. Between him and then my work schedule where I have to get into work earlier than I typically do I felt like I missed a lot of workout groups this week. When I did go in I did some good work following the guide the personal trainer made for me, or spending time on the elliptical so it wasn't a complete loss for the week of workouts, just not my typical push. God willing my son will be feeling better soon and I'll get back on track with working out, that is until the next thing comes up that messes with my routine. :(
Finally I just wanted to shared that I am SO proud of everyone for the progress that you are making. It's unbelievable how many women this group is affecting and how well we are doing. Keep up the great job!!!
