What is the quickest, easiest way to lose 50lbs??
I am a mom of 2. I had a hard time losing my baby weight after number 2. I lost 16lbs on this diet and my hubby lost 50lbs. Please visit my Face book group I have created on FB, and check out the comments my clients have made about this diet. I loved it so much, i knew I had to sell it. It works and its amazing.

Dalia, You could make single serving sizes of raw veggies and keep them in the fridge. Always have one or two bags with you before you leave the house. Have single serve lowfat yogurt and cheese sticks. Make small bags of nuts (almonds, walnuts) always help me get through an afternoon. You have to say no to white bread!!! Bread is EVIL!!! Don't get a sub, get a salad from quiznos, or somewhere else. Stay away from soda, drink water.
I like to precook a lot of food and put it in the freezer so there is something quick and easy to eat for lunch. That way I'm not tempted to spend money that I don't have or eat food that tastes great but is less filling.
I'm not going to lecture on the importance of breakfast...but people typically eat more "bad" food during the day, and especially at night if they skip breakfast.
A little planning ahead will help save you time and money, and shrink your waistline too:)

My biggest challenge is that I am a single parent, I dont eat breakfast and I know that I should. At work I'll eat either half a subway sandwich or a salad or anything quick, then once I pick up my son and get home, I'll eat anything quick (usually a sandwich or something). I'm not seeing much improvement. I also may cheat on fridays or maybe on the weekends. What is a good diet for a single mom on the constant go? Please help!

I am on a grapefruit diet minus the grapefruit.I lost 40 lbs. 2 years ago and then I let myself go and gained 35 lbs. back.I am now back on it and I am losing slowly because I have not stuck to it 100%But I am losing.I lost the weight in about 4 months.Contact me if you want to know more.
Ok, simple answer is exercise and eat right. Like LaCi wrote everyone is different. I am personally following Joy's Life Diet. I eat breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner and if I want I can have another snack in there also. I also exercise every day either weights or cardio. I started all this in January 2009 and have lost 60 pounds so something is working for me. I started at a size 16/18 and now some of my size 6 pants are too big. Again eating right and exercise. Cut out the white flours and the empty carbs, eat lots of veggies and drink lots of water. I hope you are able to find something that works for you.

I found that if you eat less calories than you use it falls off. For instance, for breakfast I eat a small amount of cereal. (just enough to cover bottom of bowl) & I drink 2 tsp. of apple cider vinegar mixed with 8 oz. water 3 times a day with each meal. For lunch, once again I have a 1/2 sandwich & some fruit or something & the vinegar. For dinner, I just eat what everyone else eats, just not as much & again, vinegar. It takes a while for the vinegar to show improvement, but instantly I felt better after drinking the vinegar & water. I have been doing this for 3 years now. I've lost 3 inches off my waist & about 20 pounds. Hope this helps on your quest to lose weight. :) Good luck!

I think its different for each person and its all trial and error. I just recently stopped eating processed food, now everything is vegetarian and homemade, and I'm dropping weight like crazy. Its time consuming, but its working. OH, and Apparently beans and cornbread is a diet miracle for me lol. I usually only eat one meal and one snack per day, if the meal is beans and cornbread I automatically drop at least a pound that night-but I'm huge so the weight comes off quickly. lol. best of luck though :)
