I'm still breast feeding and unfortunetly I drink alot of decaffinated soda because I tried to drink juice but it seemed to give my baby alot of gas. When I first had my daughter I drank alot of water but after a month or so I had to drink something else. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could drink that isn't full of sugar besides just water?

Drink Complete whole food based beverage. It comes in French Vanilla-Dutch Chocolate. It taste great its good for you and the baby, all your family needs. You can use it as a watching your weight snack or on the go breakfast, pre-exercise energy or a post-workout recovery drink. New Mom's need more energy! Can mix it with fruit juices, whole fruits, skim or reg milk, yogurt, or soy milk or others. My family loves it. If you need that fizzy taste try bubble water then add a little bit of juice (like cranberry juice or juice of you choice) to it and its like your own soda!

Along with fruit, you can add a cucumber slice to water it freshens up the flavor. Have you treid brewing green ice tea? A little honey can go a long way to sweeten tea.

Water is a great drink for milk production. I have breastfed 5 children each for over 1 year each. Try to drink the water.

I also like the crystal light packs and I have to water it down...I find it very sweet when dosed per the instructions. Its one of my guiltless pleasures:)

Like Shannon said, try adding to it. I add in the crystal light packets which are really good. I too usually water it down a bit but it gives me a little more taste and at times I use it as my treat in the evenings as it can be somewhat sweet.

have you tried adding. Strawberries or lemons to your water? Any kind of fruit for that matter. I like the tast of that and you're still drinking water.
