hi i have tryied the acai berri slim i have lost 10 kilo already but need to get to my goal weight buy ocotber my weight at the moment is 100 i want to get to at least 70 to 80 kilo by ocotober can someone give me some help on so excersice that i can do at home and what do you think bout the ab circle pro i have alos been using that for bout 10 minutes a day please help me i am going crazy as i am stuck on 100 and my weigh wont move lol

Walking with child in push chair, general sit ups, lunges etc... using a swiss ball makes it easier if you are un fit. Try dancing any movement helps. Even housework burns calories so don't ever feel you doing nothing, this is something you probably do daily, every little bit helps.

Like you I started to lose some weight but now have platau'ed also so know it's hard to keep motivated. "Be Strong" and keep trying, keep your chin up and stay positive, you can do it.
