Does anyone else own one?
This has given me so much motivation. We got one for Christmas and I love it. I really started using it this week when the kids went back to school. They love it so much that I cant get a chance to use it when they are around. I love to do the aerobics and the short distance running. I can log a good 60 minutes of working out when I use it.

I love my wii fit but its tough right now because I dont have a space (other than the living room) to use it. Question, does anyone NOT use a yoga mat under the board If so do you have problems getting it to weigh you funny. I need to use it it is SO much fun but ive just got enough going on that unfortunately that is the first thing set aside> I HAVE to loose weight though!

I use wii fit & My Fitness Coach to help lose my weight. For the first time ever, I have been able to workout every single day for an hour without even wanting to skip a day. It has been GREAT motivation!
I have made a wii fit group on Circle of Moms where everyone can keep track of their progress, and discuss the games.

The Wii Fit is a godsend for people who are in chronic pain. It gives you different exercises and gets you moving without ever leaving your home. On my good days I love the rhythm boxing, and the jogging.
When the Wii Fit gets turned on, it becomes a family event. I think having this in our house is great for the whole family.
I highly recommend it for every person, every age.

I got mine for Christmas also. I just synchronized it last night and did my body test. Okay, here's my confession: I'm obese! But it also told me my Wii age is 6 years less than my actual age. I am hoping I can do this exercise with my 21-month-old in the room. I can't do treadmill with him around. Here we go, starting the exercise this morning.

They have balance games, strengh exercices, aerobics, running. That is just on the game that comes with the system.

I have used it every day for 60 minutes for the past week. I have lost 10 lbs so far, but I have also changed they way I eat. At least it gets me off my behind and moving!

we just got one today! i am so excited to try it out. A friend says she uses it every day for 30 minutes and without changing her diet she lost 15lbs. the first month! I can't wait to see what results i will see with using our eliptical, wii fit, and dieting!
