New to group. Mommy of 4 boys.

Yep, some days I think I could go for one more, and some days not. What's one more after a couple anyway? I just know it would really freak out my in-laws, because our 5th child did. Did anyone elses family get upset when you told them you were having more? When my husband told his parents his Mother said, "I thought you were done"; and according to one of his sisters (he has 3), his oldest sister was mad that we were having one more. I don't get it. I think for some reason they think we can't afford one more, but that is far from it. Not that we have more money than we know what to do with, it is just that we are comfortable. We don't even live close to any of them, so it's not like we would be mooching free babysitting from them like my husband's sisters do. Well, maybe mooching is the wrong word, but we are 300 miles or more from either of our families. We don't have the convenience of being able to drop them off at Mom and Dad's when ever we like. I have always thought a girl would help bring some calm to this house, but that is probably just a dream. Oh, and I never said how old my boys are before. My oldest son will soon be 11, then I have an 8yr old, 6yr old, 3yr old, and 18mos. old. They love to wrestle for fun, and wrestle when they are mad at each other.

HEy all , I have 5 boys as well 12,9,8,7 and five and I got a crazy question for ya's who dares to try again lol I know i'm nuts right thats a crazy question at least thats what i'm told but i'm just crazy enough to try just once more are any of you crazy like me to try for another? I can't believe that i have found so many on here with 5 kids and not only that but all boys some of them so this is great. Where I am i have not met and one close that has as many kids as i do so no one knows what we go through in a day.

I have 3 boys ages 9,8 and 10 months. I feel a little lonely when my husband takes the kids outside. But i'm that crazy team mom. I love sports!

  I have 3 boys 5 yrs o 2 and 8 months and 14 months. The little one just come without any big ceremony but now I am sure I wont be hot with the girl, I think I will just stick to my boys and everything that has to do with them. 

Wow...I've got 5 boys, but don't know if I can imagine any of them being twins. I don't think we were really hoping for a boy/girl for any of them. But at the last ones ultrasound it made me tear up to find out it was another boy. Really didn't think that was gonna happen. (The tears.) I guess we would be kinda crazy if we tried for more, but what's one more? Really, I'm not sure what I would do with a girl now that I have all boys. lol

You sound an aweful lot like me. I have 4 boys ages 8, 5, and my twins will be 2 in a couple of weeks. Except I have a "suprize" pregnancy I just found out about. I'm 7 weeks, and I'm sure this one will be a boy too. LOL

@ Nyssa I know how u felt tearing up I felt the same way. I used to think why is everyone that I know is having a girl & I'm having another boy!! I also say hey what's one more!! But then I think to start all over again! I don't know!! =) Like you said I wouldn't know wut to to with a li girl...Ido know that she would probably be a tom boy with all her big brothers...=)

LoL! I have 5 boys ages 10, 8, 6, 5, & 3. I got lucky & didn't have any twins, (my husband is an identical twin). Oh I as well have a male cat & a male dog!! =)
