Specifically, we've just installed a water treatment system, changed/ing to chemcial free soaps, removing air freshners, and thinking of getting rid of disposable diapers.

I am will to try anything. Our sons allergies are not totally identified yet, and it just feels like we're allergic to everything! Ya know?

My husband is allergice to everything it seems, and our son is only 6 months old, so we don't know what he's allergic to yet, but have to take every precaution :) Along with air purifiers and having epi-pens everywhere, we also switched stores and started buying online from a company that specializes in making products that are healthy and don't have irritating chemicals in them (majorly helped with the asthma and eczema). All of us feel so much better and (surprisingly) didn't expand our tight budget. Our little boy doesn't even get hives anymore. I'd be happy to pass on the information! www.livetotalwellness.com/adorner Good luck finding something that works for your family!

I can relate to this. I have a 12 yr old daughter who seems to be allergic to everythng including when the wind blows her eyes begin to water and swell up. Its very hard dealing with kids with allergies.I have had brooke in an allergist since she was 2 yrs old. she has one food allergy to eggs.. and shes allergic to dust..grass.. ragweed.. feathers..dogs cats.. u name it shes allergic to it. so we r now up to 2 pills a day.. one nosespray at nite and one weekly injection. we r still having alot of issues with her because giving injections is like giving her doses of what shes allergic to every week and then when shes around something shes allergic too it gives her double the dosage in her body and sends her into breathing issues... swollen puffy eyes watery eyes u name it shes sick for days. But its been almost a yr of shots.. they said hopefully one day she will grow tolerante to all those things shes allergic to and need no meds nothing. it really has affected everything with her in life down to what sports she plays because she also has very sensitive skin and has excema so when she played softball i went thru 3 months of differnt antibiotic creams ect for all her rashes.. they got severe from sweating and dust on the feild. so we didnt play this yr. it became too tough last yr and i feel bad about it.she also cant stay at just any friends houses normally because of her pet allergy.. especially to cats so that really is hard for her at 12. i just hope one day they can find a better solution to allergies then what we have to go thru. how old is your child if you dont mind my asking?? what symtoms is he or she having??
