MILK PROTEIN ALLERGY IN INFANTS

I'm a mom of a 2T and a 18 days old boy both allergic to milk's protein. Any advice please? The oldest is fine now. He was on elecare for a year and a half. Now my newborn is on elecare but I don't think is working for him cause he still cries after feedings.

What about reflux? My daughter didn't do good on the Elecare but the Neocate worked good.
