go to the health food stores or on-line healthfood stores and try the brands that are allergy free Ian's, Enjoy life, I don't know about the onion, barley, celery ingredients but most are free of the others.

was it skin and blood testing and if so do you see reactions when these food sare given? I only ask since i to have a child with alot of allergy food and over the years i have learned how to moderate some of the ones she can tolerate more then others.

rice milk ,chicken ,tuna and flounder try cod and haddock but watch for reactions.

veggies like broc and cauliflower, spuds carrots.

you can get rice pastas

drinks you can do white grape juice (watch the labels though) and id suggest buying a juicer to make your own.

milk and soy work though if she will drink them. and good old water.

you can get a huge line of foods at health food stores. just watch your ingreds on premade foods. other then meats rice and veg thats about all eveyrone eats she can still have fruits melons and mangos try the latin fruits as well.
