Hello to everyone! I'm looking for some new ideas for non-dairy recipes. I have a 19 month old so she's still a bit picky on what she eats but I'm willing to try anything new. Making the same thing is getting old for me so I know it has to be getting old to her as well. :) She can't have anything with any milk products, so if your recipe works please send it my way. Thanks-Laura

Hi I have just posted a link to a website I really like and I find the recipes are really good for getting the kids involved.

If she is able to drink soy milk or even rice milk she won't miss out on anything. Any recipe that calls for dairy just substitute with soy or rice milk. Toffuti is an excellent alternative to dairy. They have ice cream, cream cheese, sour cream all made from tofu which is soy. It is made in dedicated facilites that do not have dairy at all. I have dealt with an egg, dairy, and nut allergy including peanuts for 4 years now and have found replacers for any recipe you can think of. Just a quick note that non dairy does not mean dairy free. There is a big difference. Be very careful of ingredients if you are new to the allergy deal. Whey, casein, are proteins that can cause reactions also.
