when is it the right time to say enough is enough when it comes to your child

i know this is a touchey subject. but im tryin to do right by my child. he is nine years old deaf epileptic and autistic ive raised him for 7 years by my self. along with his sister. its all he knows. this is my situation concerning him.it took along time to get him to come out of his shell and to join us in our world. but thangs have changed . my son has started to resort back to the way he was before. all due to the recent thangs going on. his father recently has come back into his life even tho he was there the first 2 years of his life.and in and out the other. now after all this time he wants a relationship. im force to make my son see him when he dosent want to. ive alredy have exhasted talkin to his father as well a laywer gone threw a mediater and no one seems to take thangs seriousely how this is effecting my son .so im askin anyone that might have a idea where eles i might beable to turn that wont FALL ON DEAF EARS. need help
