I have heard of Black Girl Syndrome, but not Brown Girl Syndrome. I see elements of "Black Girl Syndrome" in various people around me but it seems to be 1) scattered and so not embodied by any one person, and 2) not dependent on skin color or race. In other words, it appears to be a fallacy.
