Curly hair?? Eye color??

Honestly...I don't know if there is a way to tell. My mother was born with straight blonde hair and as she grew up it turned dark brown and curly. My eyes were a dark Chocolate brown and after i was about 16, they became a light brown. We are all wondering how my daughter is going to turn out... Her dad and I both have brown hair, i have brown eyes, he has hazel/green eyes and we both have wavy hair so, maybe she will inherit that too. For now, she has straight brown hair( It started off jet black) and her eyes change from grayed to greenish to brownish...it's all over the spectrum. My Fiance has 3 sisters...all with different hair colors and skin color and eye color, same with my family...my mom is super white with freckles and my father is dark with colored eyes. My sister and I came out light with dark hair and brown eyes.



so, i'm wondering when her features will all settle in too =]

my son was born with a head full of hair so its aready startin to curls are blueish grey. at the top. his eyes are blueish grey. no child has a specific time in which things happen.every chid is unique. just enjoy the little things you notice and the looks will come in time

Hi, Ashley! Usually, about 5 months, the baby's eyes will be the way they are. At least that was the case with my oldest son. His was blue when he was born then it turned gray then finally to hazel, but almond-shaped like mine. My husband is white with light brown eyes. I have dark brown eyes. He also has strawberry to dark blonde locks like his dad. And fair-skinned, with curly hair. My hair is wavy, and dark. I'm Filipino-Spanish with olive-skin. My youngest son, on the other hand, has his dad's deep-set eyes, my color brown eyes, and dark, wavy hair, and olive skin. They're both in their teens now, and I still think they're beautiful! I wouldn't have it any other way!:)

Every baby is different, and there is no way to tell until the eyes are finally done changing. My daughter is Black and White, and she came out pale skin and dark blue eyes. Now she is 3.5 months old and she has the lightest blue eyes I've ever seen with a ring of white around the center. She has straight/ wavy hair if i towel dry after a bath, but she has curly hair if i add baby oil to it. I have light brown wavy/curly hair, but boyfriend has tight dark curls. At the moment our daughter has med. brown wavy curly hair. I guess we'll see when she's older!

My youngest son was born with quite a bit of hair (straight/wavy), but then fell out! At about 7 months (now 9 months) it starting growing more and becoming a little curlier! When he gets out of the tub it is so curly, but if we don't put anything it, it gets straight in some places! He has had dark brown eyes from the get go!! I have hazel eyes and his father has brown eyes

My 9-yr old daughter was born with straight hair and it is still straight today. It is light brown to a dirty-blondish color. Her eyes were brown when she was born, but now they are green. My 7 yr old was born with dark brown, straight hair. It started to curl up around 2 yrs of age, but has now straighted back out again. She was born with blue eyes and now has blue/gray eyes. My hair is brown and my eyes are brown. Hubby has black hair and dark brown eyes.

My son's hair was dark and straight when he was born it is now a little lighter not too much and curly, but soft curls. My neice's hair was straight when she was born and at about 18 months it was very curly but still soft now she is almost 8 years old and her hair is very tight curls and much coarser.

My son was born with blue eyes and a head full of very straight black hair (I am African, and dad is a red-head). All that hair eventually fell off (cradle cap, etc), and now he has beautiful curly hair that has very distinct red highlights like his dads (he is now 14 months old). The change started right around the 6-7 month mark. His eyes changed and are now brown, but there are days and certain lighting that still make them look blue. Weird...We just enjoy the unique little being that he is. :)

My little girl came out a pink princess. Mt whole family thought she would be dark. She had curly "white"texture hair the whole time. Now it is medium brown hair white texture curly hair. She has had dark brown eyes. I wanted her to be darker and more afro hair. But she is exceptionally beautiful and smart. I feel like the luckiest mom in the world!

Hey all, my son Alex is very much an American lol. His hair has me a bit puzzled tho. As Daddy is mixed hispanic and black, Alex's hair will be curly when he gets out of the bath, but the longer he goes without getting wet, the straighter it gets, but when wet, it curls straight up. I'm really curious to see what's going to happen here in a while...

my daughter has gray eyes and me and her father both have brown. my doctor told me the eye colr will be what it is by the age of 6 months. and his hair txt will change when he is older like about the time you get his first hair cut. his hair he gets as a baby will more an likey change once you cut it for the first time

i dont think you will ever really know untill the stop changing. ive heard eye color wont change after 6 months but my eye color was blue gray till i was a little over one years old. as far as hair gos who knows your son could still end up with curly hair. hair can change after he goes through puberty too. so u just never know. i think its diffrent for everybody

I have 4 mixed kids all by the same man and they all look different. 2 have lighter skin and lighter hair. 2 have darker skin and darker hair. 3 of them have curly hair. 1 is thick and kind of course but doesn't curl. Only one has brown eyes. The rest are hazel. My daughter had straight hair till she was like 18 months then all the sudden it was tight curls. 3 of my kids went bald as babies then didn't get their hair back till they were about one. You seriously never know what you are going to get. I'd say wait till they are one or two to know what they are really going to look like.

Honestly I think its all pretty up in the air, my son Mekhi was born with a full head of hair, it was black at the time. It was starting to curl within the first month and also went blonde! His eyes were dark brown like his dads from the minute he was born. Now he has a huge head of blonde curls and dark brown eyes. I don't think there is any way to tell which is part of the fun of it ;)
